a) The owner is a natural person
- Circulation permit (Original).
- Technical Inspection Sheet (Original).
- Photocopy of the CURRENT ID of the holder(s).

b) The owner is a company
- Circulation permit (Original).
- Technical Inspection Sheet (Original).
- Photocopy of the company’s CIF.
- Photocopy of the CURRENT ID of the holder(s).

c) The holder is a deceased person
- Circulation permit (Original).
- Technical Inspection Sheet (Original).
- Photocopy of the current ID of the person interested in the processing of the deregistration.
- Death Certificate.

d) The holder is a foreigner
- Copy of the complete vehicle documentation.
