DOCUMENTATION NECESSARY FOR THE VEHICLE DEREGISTRATION?

You must attach to this form, or present personally, the documentation corresponding to your case correctly completed in order to proceed with the final deregistration of your vehicle.

A) The owner is an actual person

  1. Circulation permit (Original).
  2. Technical Inspection Sheet (Original).
  3. Photocopy of the CURRENT ID of the holder(s).
  4. Attach PDF “Deregistration Request” to be completed by the customer. (DOWNLOAD FORM)
  5. 5. Attach PDF”Loss of documentation” to be completed by the customer. (DOWNLOAD FORM)

B) The owner is a company

  1. Circulation permit (Original).
  2. Technical Inspection Sheet (Original).
  3. Photocopy of the company’s CIF.
  4. Photocopy of the current ID of the administrator(s).
  5. Attach PDF “Deregistration Request” to be completed by the customer.

  6. Attach PDF “Loss of Documentation” to be completed by the customer. (DOWNLOAD FORM)

C) The holder is a deceased person

  1. Circulation permit (Original).
  2. Technical Inspection Sheet (Original).
  3. Photocopy of the current ID of the person interested in the
    processing of the deregistration.
  4. Death Certificate.
  5. Attach PDF “Deregistration Request” to be completed by the customer.

  6. Attach PDF “Loss of Documentation” to be completed by the customer. (DOWNLOAD FORM)

D) The vehicle is foreign

  1. Copy of the complete vehicle documentation.
  2. Copy of the owner´s valid passport.
  3. Attach PDF “Loss of Documentation” to be completed by the customer. (DOWNLOAD FORM)

Provided that the vehicle is registered in a country belonging to the European Union, it will be issued a certificate of destruction.
